At Nature Foody To Your Skin, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to deliver high-quality products. However, due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below:
• Our return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
• Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We only offer exchanges in case of:
• Products damaged during transit
• Quality issues
• Defective products

Refund Policy


Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–21 business days.
• If your return is not approved, no refund will be issued, and the item may be sent back to you at your expense.

Please note: Once goods are sold, no refund shall be made unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are not refundable.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received and approved, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
