Shipping policy
All purchases are shipped from our manufacturing unit in Chennai through reputed courier partners. Please allow the following timelines from the date of your order for processing and delivery.
Domestic Orders (India)
• All domestic orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery is expected within 2–7 business days from dispatch.
• For remote or difficult-to-reach areas, delivery may take 9–12 working days.
Shipping Charges: ₹49 (Flat rate across India)
International Orders
• All international orders are processed within 2 business days.
• Delivery is expected within 7–10 business days from dispatch.
• We ship internationally to all countries.
International Shipping Charges:
• Orders ≤ ₹10,000: ₹1,990
• Orders > ₹10,000: ₹2,990
Custom Charges and Duties
When placing an international order, please be aware that customs charges, VAT fees, or any other applicable duties imposed by your country will have to be paid by you, the customer.
As an importer, it is your responsibility to comply with your country’s customs regulations.
Refusal of Charged Orders
In the event that an order incurs customs duties, and you refuse to accept delivery due to these charges, please note that the authorities will be required to destroy the package.
Unfortunately, in such cases, we cannot issue a refund.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Proof of Delivery
• A signature is required upon delivery.
• If you are unavailable, please provide an alternative recipient (such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor).
• Nature Foody To Your Skin will not be responsible for goods signed by any alternate person at the delivery address.
Shipping Damage
We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the order has been delivered.
